Meet Your Guide

Neil Beeman
Professional Guide Outfitter, Saddle Mountain Outfitters
Neil Beeman grew up hunting in Alberta with his father and brothers ever since he was old enough to tag along. Hunting season took precedence over school and all other family activities. Every season opener and every weekend was spent in pursuit of some elusive trophy.
Neil still hunts every opportunity he gets, and thoroughly enjoys guiding his clients. In addition to outfitting in his home province of Alberta, he has guiding experience in the Yukon, Texas, Nevada and Saskatchewan. However, Neil’s favorite hunters to guide are his two daughters. They both share their father’s love of the outdoors and hunting.
Neil strives to be a good steward of the outfitting profession, the west country, and a protector of wildlife and their habitat. He has served as a director on the Alberta Professional Outfitters Society, and continues to support WSF, Full Curl Society, and other conservation groups that help fund projects that directly benefit wild sheep and sheep hunting.
Rodeo was a major part of Neil’s life for several years, riding bucking horses in the saddle bronc event. Part of that rodeo life, has helped Neil become successful in breaking and training the horses he uses in the mountain hunts. Over half of the horses currently in our string have been broken by Neil.
We are fortunate to have the assistance of very good staff, some of them have been with us from the very beginning of our outfitting days. At Saddle Mountain Outfitters we want you to be successful. Because your success truly is our success.
